If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items.

5.1 Free Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the contiguous United States. Most equipment ships within 7–21 business days of order confirmation.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before dispatch, subject to confirmation from our team.

Orders that have already been dispatched must follow the return process. Return eligibility, authorization requirements, shipping responsibilities, restocking fees, exchanges, and refund timing are described in our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Free original shipping does not automatically include free shipping for customer-requested returns.

7. Intellectual Property
