Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, contact Katool Gear as soon as possible. Include your order number so we can check its status.

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch. No return freight or restocking fee applies to an order cancelled before dispatch. Your cancellation is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us to arrange a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. For change-of-mind returns, return freight and a 15% restocking fee apply.

Shipping Information

Shipping is free to addresses in the contiguous United States. Most equipment ships within 7–21 business days of order confirmation. Your order may be dispatched before the end of that window, so please submit cancellation requests promptly. See our Shipping Policy for details.
