Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All equipment sold by Katool Gear ships free of charge to addresses in the contiguous United States. Machines are delivered by our own shipping team in our own truck; small parts and accessories ship by ground parcel.

2. Processing & lead times

Orders are confirmed by email within one business day. Most equipment ships directly from the manufacturer or distribution center within 7–21 business days of order confirmation. In-stock accessories ship in 1–3 business days.

Lead times are estimates. Manufacturer backorders, weather and delivery scheduling can extend them; we will email you if your order is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the quoted window, and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.

3. How delivery works

1. Delivery call. Our shipping team calls the phone number on your order the day before delivery to arrange the time and the place where we can unload. Please keep your phone handy and answer unknown numbers.
2. Delivery. Our truck brings your equipment to the place you arranged with us.
3. Unloading. We unload it for you. Our truck carries its own forklift, so you don’t need a forklift, a loading dock or any other equipment.
4. Inspect and sign. Inspect the machine before signing the delivery receipt. See the next section.

4. Inspecting your delivery

Before the driver leaves, check the crate or pallet and the machine for visible damage and make sure the number of pieces matches the delivery receipt. If anything is damaged or missing, write it on the receipt before you sign (for example “crate damaged, subject to inspection”) and take photos.

Email us at contact@katoolgear.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Damage reported this way is handled at no cost to you, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
